Resident Evil VII: Biohazard (7) (PS4) is backwards compatible with the PlayStation 5, offering a single graphics display mode running 1800t (1800p) resolution at Locked 60 FPS.

The game has also been upgraded to make use of additional features of the PlayStation 5. This requires the download of a separate version of the game, listed on the PlayStation Store under the 'PS5' tag.
